1. Using our games

By installing or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to play our games on your Roku device for non-commercial entertainment.

2. Purchases

Some games offer optional upgrades or in-game items. Purchases are made through Roku Pay and are subject to Roku's terms. Prices are shown before you confirm. Virtual items and in-game currency (such as coins or cherries) have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.

Refunds are handled by Roku under its refund policy. If an upgrade doesn't appear, use “Restore purchases” in the game, or contact us.

3. Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. We're not responsible for progress lost through device resets, app removal or hardware failure.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell our games or their content, or try to interfere with how they work or how purchases are processed.

5. Our content

All games, characters, artwork, music, text and logos, including the names Arrowtopia, Flappy Fox, Oopsy Otto, Sudoku, Word Find, Crossword and The Game Guys, belong to The Game Guys LLC or its licensors. Roku is a trademark of Roku, Inc. and is used here only to identify the platform.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or retire games or features at any time to fix issues or improve them. We'll try to keep the things you've purchased available, but we can't guarantee any game will be offered forever.

7. Disclaimer

Our games are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them fun and bug-free, but we can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep playing after an update, the new terms apply.
